VanVed vs Zoho FSM
for Field Service

Technicians, jobs and parts, tracked to sign-off.
Where VanVed is ahead

Why businesses choose VanVed over Zoho FSM

VanVed's field service sits on the same tenant as the inventory it consumes, the invoice it raises, the AMC contract it serves and the helpdesk ticket it came from — no Zoho-style stack of four subscriptions. And it does not bill by appointment volume, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.

Where Zoho FSM is ahead of us today

Zoho FSM's dispatch console gives a scheduler Gantt, grid and calendar views with live agent locations; VanVed's board is now drag-and-drop but still lacks Gantt, calendar view and live location. Zoho's technician app captures signatures, timesheets and images on the device, and works (patchily) offline. VanVed's can see a job, change its status, stamp a GPS fix at check-in and checkout, and read a cached copy of both when the signal goes — but its new signature capture is web-only, no photo capture, and no write while offline.

We publish this because a comparison that only flatters us is worth nothing to you. If one of these gaps is the thing you actually need, Zoho FSM may well be the better buy.
