VanVed vs ServiceTitan
for Field Service

Technicians, jobs and parts, tracked to sign-off.
Where VanVed is ahead

Why businesses choose VanVed over ServiceTitan

ServiceTitan is not sold to, or priced for, an Indian SMB — and its GST model does not exist. VanVed gives a small contractor a work-order lifecycle with enforced transitions, GST-correct estimates, inventory-backed parts and technician stats, at a fraction of the cost and with no per-Pro-module upsell.

Where ServiceTitan is ahead of us today

For a real dispatch operation ServiceTitan is still in a different class. Its board now matches VanVed's on drag-and-drop, but ServiceTitan adds live technician location and capacity planning on top of it. It also auto-assigns by skill and proximity, presents a tiered pricebook that measurably lifts ticket size, and lets the technician take payment on the spot. VanVed has none of those, and no fleet or call tracking.

We publish this because a comparison that only flatters us is worth nothing to you. If one of these gaps is the thing you actually need, ServiceTitan may well be the better buy.
