VanVed vs PowerSchool
for School

Classes, timetable, exams and fees in one system.
Where VanVed is ahead

Why businesses choose VanVed over PowerSchool

These two barely meet. VanVed is a ₹529-a-month multi-tenant platform for an Indian school that also wants CRM, payroll and fee collection in one place; PowerSchool is a district SIS sold by quote. Where they do compare, VanVed publishes its price, scopes every query to one organization, and has no breach history.

Where PowerSchool is ahead of us today

PowerSchool is a real student information system for a system of schools. Master scheduling, a continuous teacher gradebook, state compliance reporting and district-wide analytics are all depth VanVed does not have and is not attempting. Its PowerBuddy AI assistant now spans students, teachers and families; VanVed's school module has no AI at all.

We publish this because a comparison that only flatters us is worth nothing to you. If one of these gaps is the thing you actually need, PowerSchool may well be the better buy.
