VanVed vs Etsy

Where VanVed is ahead

Why businesses choose VanVed over Etsy

For an Indian seller the structural difference is decisive: this sells domestically in rupees through Razorpay, on the tenant's own branded domain, with no listing fee, no 6.5% cut and no 2.5% FX drag. Etsy will not let an Indian shop sell to an Indian buyer at all.

Where Etsy is ahead of us today

The seller payout is a statement, not a payment — the platform computes what each seller is owed per line item and then stops, with no bank account on file, no KYC and no transfer. Etsy pays its sellers every week. There is also no guest checkout, no shipping at all, and no marketplace audience bringing buyers.

We publish this because a comparison that only flatters us is worth nothing to you. If one of these gaps is the thing you actually need, Etsy may well be the better buy.
