VanVed vs Zoho People
for Leave

Every employee and their leave, in one record.
Where VanVed is ahead

Why businesses choose VanVed over Zoho People

VanVed's balance arithmetic is unusually strict for this price band: a submitted request reserves days, an approval moves the reservation to used, a rejection releases it, and a cancellation restores only the still-future portion — with a ledger row behind every movement, including manual adjustments, which must carry a reason. Both the direct approve path and the approvals-engine path run the same code, so they cannot drift.

Where Zoho People is ahead of us today

Zoho People wins on policy breadth. Comp-off does not exist in VanVed at all, which is a hard blocker for any business that asks people to work a weekend. Monthly accrual is not pro-rated for someone who joins in March, so their first year is over-credited, and eligibility for a leave type can only be restricted by gender, not by department, location or designation.

We publish this because a comparison that only flatters us is worth nothing to you. If one of these gaps is the thing you actually need, Zoho People may well be the better buy.
