Where VanVed is ahead

Why businesses choose VanVed over Greetly

The host roster is the payoff: hosts are the organization's own HR employee records, so there is no directory to upload or keep in sync, and the same people get an in-app notification and a mobile view of who is waiting for them. Greetly charges $79–$119 a month for a standalone product that still needs your employee list pushed into it.

Where Greetly is ahead of us today

Greetly beats VanVed on everything that happens at the desk itself. It calls or texts the host — VanVed cannot send SMS at all. It prints a branded badge with the visitor's photo on a supported Brother printer; VanVed's pass now carries the photo and a QR but still prints from the browser onto whatever paper is in the tray. It scans a driving licence and collects an eSigned NDA; VanVed asks someone to type an ID number and collects no documents.

We publish this because a comparison that only flatters us is worth nothing to you. If one of these gaps is the thing you actually need, Greetly may well be the better buy.
