Where ContractSafe is ahead of us today
As a repository ContractSafe is far stronger. It OCRs and full-text searches every document including scanned PDFs, and its AI reads each upload and fills in the parties, dates, values and renewal terms for review. VanVed indexes nothing inside the file — the uploaded PDF is opaque to search — and every field is typed by hand. Its auto-renew checkbox is also inert: nothing in the codebase ever acts on it.
We publish this because a comparison that only flatters us is worth nothing to you. If one of these gaps is the thing you actually need, ContractSafe may well be the better buy.
